I Cannot Believe It's Back to School Time!

When I was a kid, the summer always seemed to last forever. During that last week of school, it loomed ahead of us. A full 3 months of anything and everything we could cram in there. But the main point: it was 3 months! We didn't go back until after Labor Day.


My kids don't have that anymore. They got out of school around Memorial Day and they go back MONDAY! Yes, already. Good lord, that is barely two months. And the time just flew by for them. I can't believe it's that time again. I really can't.










Don't tell anyone, though, but I'm glad. I want my peace and space back. Oops.
