Team Discovery is an Etsy team that I co-lead. Our mission is to find the hidden jewels of Etsy, those sellers both talented and undiscovered, and help get them, well, discovered! The main way we do this is through beautifully curated treasuries which helps to showcase these new sellers while also promoting and supporting our team.
Our team offers support, motivation, and inspiration to all its shops. Also, for those that are interested, we offer critiques, tutorials, and assistance to help make their shops the best they can be. We firmly believe that when we all work together, help each other, and support and be supported, we all win!
