A Long, Slow (Run?)

What do you do when you are signed up for a race but you haven't done any training at all for it? You have fun with it! What do you do when shit starts hurting? You go slower and have fun harder. It helps to have these 2 awesome guys by your side though, I'll tell ya!!
(Ran the Melbourne Music 1/2 Marathon last Sunday side by side with my husband and my brother.)
